Carpe Diem is a member of the complaint committee child-care (Geschillencommissie Kinderopvang en Peuterspeelzalen). This is an organization that handles complaints for all child-care centers in the Netherlands.

Our staff will do everything possible to offer the best care for your child, but it can always happen that you have a question or a complaint. If you have a question or complaint about child-care at Carpe Diem you can always discuss this with the child-care teachers, the manager, the director or our parent’s committee. We take complaints very seriously and we are always looking to improve ourselves.

If you have expressed your concern and your complaint can not be solved to your satisfaction, or if you prefer direct contact with the complaint committee child-care that is also possible.
